Continuous Improvement
At Serco we look for ways to regularly improve the quality of our
business processes. We believe this is the only way to be successful,
which is to be better than the rest. Supervised work teams are used
with our quality inspectors consistently checking each product for
accuracy.
Quality Planning
Before the job is sent to the shop, each part file is reviewed, verified
for correct revision and specific details noted on custom shop travelers
to the managers and staff handling that job. It is the Total Quality
Management system that runs the facility with the idea that "No
job is too small to be over looked."
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is defined by our continued business with current
customers and opportunities from new ones. This is where our focus
lies. We consistently search for feedback from our customers to understand
expectations relative to work issues such as lead-times, system capabilities,
pricing and responsiveness. |
